Maybe a cardigan, and maybe some leggings. Depends on how you try to get the costume look. Perhaps you can try leather leggings (or liquid lame) leggings. Or wear jeans and a black shirt under it, tried it look like a (skinny jeans jacket would be better). You can wear socks and jeans, velvet and leather jacket on top. You can even leggings and flats with a cardigan or more / Layer-shirt. You can even try a long-sleeved shirt underneath, and this kind of crush sleeves, with a kind of trousers. Scarves and jewelry can also help. For example, you can fashion one of these (not to use scarves around the kind of winter outdoor) and a tie and wait, or even in your hair and it is as a bandage, and leave the rest of the shoulders. You can also loosely wrapped around the neck and leave the rest on the shoulders of scarrf managed. I would be for jewelry necklaces (preferably carry) accounts and that these layers
