My dog has cancer and her veterinarian suggested I feed him dog venison.My lost much weight and the vet said that the deer, the best food for now.The game I was in a freezer for feed perhaps two years. Is it still safe to eat.

I've always deer in foil and freezer paper .. maintained for very long. If meat "Burt" I do not want to use. But it should work.
if u is not left to the elements. or freezer going to be good. and if it was packaged and stored properly, you should still be good. hope ur dog gets better.
Unless properly packed should be good.
